Hello, Nationals Fans!

We’re a couple weeks into our 2024 Grapefruit League schedule, and I’m incredibly excited about what I’ve seen so far this spring. Everyone came in ready to go, and Davey has once again run a crisp, efficient and energetic camp.

Josiah Gray and MacKenzie Gore looked great in their first starts, while CJ Abrams and Lane Thomas look poised to lead the offense once again this year. I’m sure you’ve seen the highlights of prospects like Dylan Crews, James Wood, Brady House, Robert Hassell III, Trey Lipscomb, DJ Herz and more. They have been a pleasure to watch, and I cannot wait to see how they develop into impactful Major League players.

In addition to seeing our players back in action, one of the best parts of Spring Training is being able to meet and interact with the fans that make the trip to see us in West Palm Beach, as well as our loyal group of local supporters in Florida. We were delighted to welcome a couple hundred of you to our Presidents Day BBQ at the newly named CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches, and we hope you enjoyed meeting with our staff and players.

Our dedicated and passionate fans are the heartbeat of our organization, and we are committed to winning another World Series for you. You may have read recently that my family and I have jointly determined that the team is not for sale. We are dedicated to seeing this process through and to getting another ring.

The future of our ball club is fully on display, and our production team has done a fantastic job capturing the highlights and behind the scenes moments that make these early days so special. I hope you’ll spend some time going through our social media feeds and YouTube page to get a close look at your 2024 Washington Nationals, and we look forward to seeing you at Nationals Park this season.

Best Wishes,

Mark D. Lerner
