Tomorrow night, the Nationals are celebrating the ’80s! From your favorite songs to special scoreboard activations, fans won’t want to miss the game as we throw it back to the 1980s in style.

As part of the Nationals’ second-annual ’80s night, the first 20,000 fans who enter the ballpark through ALL GATES will receive a Nationals Fanny Pack. In addition, renowned ’80s Tribute Band The Legwarmers will be performing for fans at the Budweiser Terrace starting at 5:00 p.m.

In preparation for our celebration of big hair, bright colors and Rubik’s Cubes, we asked a few of our players, like 1B Clint Robinson, what their favorite songs are from the ’80s (his is “Van Halen” by Panama).

Enjoy the responses below, and there’s a chance these songs may be played at some point tomorrow night!

2B Daniel Murphy – “Your Love” by The Outfield

OF Ben Revere – “Mary Jane” by Rick James

And even though they weren’t born in the 1980s, OF Bryce Harper loves “Sweet Child O’ Mine” by Guns N’ Roses and LHP Sammy Solis puts “P.Y.T” by Michael Jackson at the top of his ’80s playlist.
