Craig Kimbrell seems to always have a foreign substance (Pine tar?) on the top of the bill of his cap. There was an obvious dark splotch on his red cap in Atlanta, not as glaring tonight, but it was there! Touching that spot before each pitch, after licking his fingers. Wish someone would call him on it! Any suggestions?

saw kimbrell last night against mets, did exactly what you said. what’s up with that?
