Nats introduce Purke
The Nationals introduced their third-round selection from the 2011 First-Year Player Draft, Matt Purke, this afternoon at Nationals Park. Purke, a left-handed pitcher out of TCU, will report to the Nationals’ Spring Training complex in Viera, Fla. to begin his professional career.
