Nats-Phillies: Rubber game

After the Nationals crushed the Phillies 10-2 in last night’s victory, they’ll look to take the rubber game and the series this afternoon. John Lannan, who was Mr. Efficiency in his last outing, will take the mound against Roy Oswalt.

 *Today is the last day of the homestand. Following this game, Washington hits the road for an 11-day West Coast road trip before returning home on June 14.

**Danny Espinosa hit homers No. 9 and 10 in Tuesday’s 10-2 win vs. the Phillies. In doing so, Espinosa became the first rookie second baseman in MLB history to hit 10 homers before the end of May.
