It’s been a busy offseason for Nationals infielder Danny Espinosa, a 2010 September call-up and presumptive Nationals starting second basemen in 2011. He had an impressive tour in the Puerto Rico Winter League–Liga de Beisbol Profesional de Puerto Rico to be exact–where he hit .281 (25-for-89) and .429 (6-for-14) with runners in scoring position. The 23-year-old also had hand surgery in late November. He is proof the term “offseason” can be a little misleading.
Now on the eve of Spring Training, Espinosa will take the time to answer your questions in this exclusive Curly W Mailbag. Click here to submit your questions, then check back on Monday, February 7 to see if your question was answered. Don’t be shy.
